Terms, Privacy & Refunds

By creating an account or using the platform's API, you agree to these terms. The service provides access to AI models through an OpenAI-compatible gateway under a subscription plan.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Do not share keys, resell access outside your plan's allowance, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Usage is metered for telemetry and rate limiting. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period and activate after payment verification.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account details (name, email, hashed password), API keys (hashed at rest — raw values are shown once), usage telemetry (model, tokens, latency), and conversations you create in the chat.

API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. Upstream provider credentials are encrypted at rest. Payment information is handled by the provider or manually verified by an administrator.

You can download everything we hold about your account at any time from Settings → Export your data, and delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone.

We do not sell personal data. Emails are sent for account and payment events; you can disable transactional email in Settings.

Crypto / manual payments are verified on-chain by an administrator before a subscription activates. If we cannot deliver the service, or a payment was processed in error, contact support.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Because access is time-limited and telemetry is not billable, refunds are generally issued only for service failures or duplicate payments.
